You Don't Say!

Although I'm not getting near as many email spam in my spam folder the ones I get are doozies. Outside those that want to help me grow something I don't have till it's huge, this one made me chuckle:

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION - SCAMMED VICTIM COMPEBSATION

I had no idea the FBI could compebsate me for getting scammed! How do they know I'm getting scammed? Just who is scamming who here! Just exactly who is it that can't spell that's picked me to scam?!
