You Don't Say!

Although I'm not getting near as many email spam in my spam folder the ones I get are doozies. Outside those that want to help me grow something I don't have till it's huge, this one made me chuckle:

FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION - SCAMMED VICTIM COMPEBSATION

I had no idea the FBI could compebsate me for getting scammed! How do they know I'm getting scammed? Just who is scamming who here! Just exactly who is it ~~that can't spell~~ that's picked me to scam?!
