4 Months Old!

I think I might be overfeeding them just a bit. Although they've grown very thick fur for winter. But I can still see a little chubby in those faces...hmmmm

Smokie's not interested in being inside. She's more interested in me. She'll sniff my shoes, stand between my legs and this morning grabbed ahold of my tunic just to hold onto it. Her tail is quite fun to a sister who doesn't have one like it.


Reminds me of me and my sister. The love.


They play well together. Smokie found a ball of dead roots from an old Hen & Chicks plant to roll around and bat at. It had one small green chick ready to grow if it should find soil, but instead she carried it in her mouth to me and dropped it between my feet.

Did I mention that I actually caught Momma on Tuesday. I can't get the trap together so I tried using the cat carrier. Put a little bit of tuna in there and she walked right in. I closed the door, HA!

Then I went to the post office and when I got back she was lying under the potting shed awning licking her paw. Upon further investigation the carrier door was lying about a foot away from the carrier.

Now I don't even want to look her in the eye - I feel like such a GIANT NOOB!
